Welcome to SIA Favorite Video Studio! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://rent.fvs.lv), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the website (collectively, the “Service”).
Rental Service
Our Service allows you to browse and rent professional video and photo studio space, along with related equipment. You can create a rental order directly through the website.
How to Rent the Video Studio?
Renting our studio is simple:
- Visit our “Rent the Studio” section on the website.
- Select the desired rental period in days.
- Browse our Catalogue and choose the studio space and equipment you require.
- Add each desired item to your Cart.
- Proceed to checkout to complete your booking.
Is there any equipment apart from the studio?
Absolutely! Apart from the rented studio, you can rent all the necessary equipment you don’t have or just don’t want to bring and roll-out, at a significant discount. We offer a wide variety, including:
- Car Studio
- Green Screen
- Live Webinar equipment
- Podcast Studio equipment
- Various light sources
- Video cameras with accessories
- Sound recording and reproducing equipment
- A variety of lenses
Is it possible to choose options for Equipment?
Some equipment items have extra options you can add to your rental. Each extra item is priced separately and will be displayed during selection and reflected in your cart total. In some cases, you may also have the option to add a Video Operator service to your rental.
What is included in Studio Rent?
The studio rent includes two light sources with softboxes. All other studio equipment that you will require is available at a 50% discount while renting the studio (please use OFF50 coupon in case it has not been auto-applied in your cart).
When you order FVS Rent Studio, you get 3 hours in the base package. You can order additional hours in the Extra Options section on the order page, by incrementing the extra hours. Extra studio rent hours will be used over the total rental days period according to your separate agreement with FVS Rent Studio administration.

The rental rules agreement is included for download on each rental item page. Please review these rules before making your booking.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIA FAVORITE VIDEO STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
This limitation of liability applies, without limitation, to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, and personal injury arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service, even if SIA FAVORITE VIDEO STUDIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Term and Termination
These Terms are effective upon your access to the Service. We may terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SIA Favorite Video Studio regarding your use of the Service.
